An update of the results from the 2017/18 and 2018/19 CQUIN. Details of the new CQUIN for April 2019 will be shared along with ideas to implement and deliver the expected achievements.
Biography:
Emma Cramp: Emma studied pharmacy at Nottingham University and has since completed an MSc in Clinical Pharmacy and obtained her independent prescribing qualification. Emma has worked as an Antimicrobial Pharmacist for a number of years in various hospitals across the Midlands. She is currently working at NHS Improvement as an Antimicrobial Pharmacist within the Gram-negative bacteraemia, Infection Prevention Team. Emma is on the UK Clinical Pharmacy Association (UKCPA) Pharmacy Infection Network (PIN) Committee and the RPS Antimicrobial Expert Advisory Group.
